The DZ-400 CD/AU Vacuum Sealing Machine is a large capacity floor model vacuum sealer designed for sealing contents in vacuum pouches and is equipped with an automatic lid "open/close" feature. The DZ-400 CDAU Vacuum Sealing Machine sealing operation is very efficient and the unit is very easy to operate. It is equipped with dual seal bars and user adjustable electronic pressure sensors to assure steady control of vacuum and optional injected gas packaging functions. All vacuum pressure, seal bar temperature and evacuation functions can be individually controlled and adjusted for any pouch size. Additionally, the DZ-400 CD/AU Vacuum Sealing Machine has a wide, long, deep vacuum chamber that will accomodate very large packages or several small packages in one sealing cycle. With two 15.7 inch by .32 inch seal bars, the DZ-400 Vacuum Sealing Machine will seal multiple pouches in one operation greatly increasing productivity. Plus, a letter and number kit is included which will allow date and text message identification to be embedded in the seal of each package. A great way to set "freshness" markings. All ERC vacuum chamber machines are heavy-duty models designed for countless sealing operations. Other than periodic replacement of pump oil which is included with the unit, no other user maintenance is required.

ERC products are covered by the following warranties: 90 days labor warranty and twelve month parts warranty. Products will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period. Improper use and user maintenance requirements are not covered by product warranty. Table-top products must be returned to depot for servicing. Repaired items will be returned with shipping charges prepaid by ERC.
