ERC DZ-400AU Automatic Operation Vacuum Sealing Machine
The DZ-400 AU Auto Vacuum Sealing Machine is a large capacity vacuum sealer designed for high volume sealing of contents in vacuum pouches. The DZ-400 AU Vacuum Sealing Machine may be ordered as a tabletop of floor standing unit. This model is ideal for the Restaurant and Food Service industries. The DZ-400 AU Auto Vacuum Sealing Machine sealing operation is very efficient and the unit is very easy to operate. Standard configuration is one seal bar but the unit can be ordered with dual seal bars. Features include automatic one-button operation including lid open\close, user adjustable electronic vacuum, seal bar temperature and cool-down cycle operations. All three functions can be controlled independently to accommodate different pouch sizes. Additionally, the DZ-400 AU Auto Vacuum Sealing Machine has a wide, long, deep vacuum chamber that will accommodate very large packages or several small packages in one sealing cycle. With a choice of one or two 16 inch by .32 inch seal bars, the DZ-400 AU will greatly increase productivity by sealing multiple pouches in one operation . Plus, a letter and number kit is included which will allow date and text message identification to be embedded in the seal of each package. A great way to set "freshness" markings or other tracking data. All ERC vacuum chamber machines are heavy-duty models designed for countless sealing operations. Other than periodic replacement of pump oil which is included with the unit, no other user maintenance is required.
WARRANTY
ERC warrants to the original purchaser for a period of time from the date of shipment, that its VACUUM SEALERS will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. The warranty for VACUUM SEALERS is three (3) months labor and twelve (12) months limited warranty on parts (excluding wearables)*.
Improper use and user maintenance requirements are not covered by product warranty. ERC agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there was no abuse and ERC must first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period. With the exception of the Labor warranty for Three (3) months from the date of shipment, warranties do not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses. All parts are shipped FOB Brentwood, NY. Warranty claims must be submitted with replacement part order. *Examples of wearables are: gaskets, sealing tape, sealing wire, and fuses, etc. Tabletop products must be returned to depot for servicing. Repaired items will be returned with shipping charges prepaid by ERC. |
